In recognition of the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, students are gathering wishes for Delaware, The First State. The public is encouraged to add their wish at the Bud & Bug Festival on April 25th, 2026 and the Riverwalk Freedom Festival on September 19th, 2026, both located in downtown Milford, Delaware.
