Join us for a special Civic Season Story Time designed for learners of all ages to explore the power of the mail in shaping civic life. Children, caregivers, and community members will read, reflect, and discover together as we look closely at objects in the museum galleries and share stories about community participation. Activities will be available at 10am in the Museum lobby. The facilitated program will begin at 10:30 a.m. in the lobby. Participants will have the opportunity to write advocacy postcards, engage in hands-on play, and consider how communication through the mail has connected individuals to their government and to one another throughout history.
