In cooperation with the Equal Justice Initiative's Community Remembrance Project and Curtis House Cultural Center, you are invited to attend the unveiling of the historical marker honoring the life of Grover C. Everett who was a victim of racial lynching in Abilene in 1922. Following the unveiling, a reception with time for conversation and questions will be held at The Curtis House, 630 W. N. Washington St.
